Welcome to Car Gadget Fixer, a service brand owned and operated by ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all interactions, service bookings, payments, and service delivery provided through the Car Gadget Fixer brand — including but not limited to the installation, fitting, troubleshooting, and maintenance of car accessories at the customer’s doorstep.
By accessing or using our services, booking an appointment, or interacting with our technicians, you (“Customer”, “Client”, or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use our services.
For the purpose of these Terms:
(1) Car Gadget Fixer provides doorstep car accessory installation services under the operational management of ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd.

(3) All services are provided subject to technician availability, location feasibility, and vehicle compatibility.
(a) To confirm a booking, the Customer must pay at least 20% of the estimated total cost at the time of scheduling.
(b) Bookings can be made through our website, app, WhatsApp business account, or authorized service representatives.
(c) A booking shall be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a confirmation message or email.
(a) The remaining amount is payable immediately upon completion of service and before the technician departs from the site.
(b) Failure to clear the balance payment will result in suspension of post-service support until dues are cleared.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash. All online payments will generate a system receipt automatically.
(a) All prices displayed are indicative and subject to variation depending on the type of vehicle, complexity of installation, accessory model, and additional consumables used (e.g., connectors, clips, wire harnesses).
(b) Any additional cost arising during service will be communicated to the Customer for approval before proceeding.
(a) Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund of the advance, minus any payment gateway charges.
(b) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
(c) If a technician has already been dispatched or has reached the site, the booking will be treated as a service visit, and no refund will be issued.
(a) The Company may cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, unavailability of staff, logistical issues, or safety concerns.
(b) In such cases, Customers may either reschedule at no extra charge or claim a full refund of their advance payment.

(a) When the Customer provides their own accessory/product for installation, Car Gadget Fixer and ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any defects, malfunctions, or incompatibility.
(b) The Company’s liability is limited only to the installation workmanship and not the performance of the product.
(a) If the accessory/product is purchased from Car Gadget Fixer, it will be covered solely under the manufacturer’s warranty.
(b) In the event of malfunction, the Company shall provide troubleshooting or repair support within a reasonable timeframe depending on the issue category [see 6(3)].
(a) Minor issues (e.g., loose connection, wiring adjustment): Within 2–5 working days.
(b) Moderate issues (e.g., component re-fitment, calibration): Within 3–5 working days.
(c) Major issues (e.g., internal malfunction, device diagnosis): Within 7–10 working days.
(d) Replacement, if applicable, will only be governed by the manufacturer’s policy.

(b) Any additional cost arising during service will be communicated to the Customer for approval before proceeding.
The Customer must ensure a safe, accessible location for vehicle servicing (e.g., home driveway, apartment parking, or open area) with adequate lighting and permission from authorities if required.
The Customer or an authorized representative must remain available during installation to verify completion and make final payments.
(a) All technicians are trained and authorized representatives of ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd.
(b) They will carry identification and maintain professional behavior throughout. Any concerns regarding technician conduct must be immediately reported to customer support.
While our technicians exercise utmost care, minor cosmetic wear or marks arising from manual fitting are normal and not covered under liability.
(a) Any dispute or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms or in respect of any defined legal relationship associated therewith or derived therefrom, shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The dispute shall be referred to and decided by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company.
(b) The arbitration proceedings shall be held at such a location as may be decided by the Company and the administrative cost thereof and the arbitrator’s fees will be borne by both the “Parties” i.e. Company and Customer.
(c) The Parties agree to have their dispute and differences resolved in accordance with the provisions of section 29B of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
(d) The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English/Hindi.
(e) The decision of the sole arbitrator shall be accepted by the Parties as final and binding.
