1. Introduction

Welcome to Car Gadget Fixer, a service brand owned and operated by ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all interactions, service bookings, payments, and service delivery provided through the Car Gadget Fixer brand — including but not limited to the installation, fitting, troubleshooting, and maintenance of car accessories at the customer’s doorstep.

By accessing or using our services, booking an appointment, or interacting with our technicians, you (“Customer”, “Client”, or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use our services.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

  • (a) “Company” means ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd., the legal entity owning and operating the Car Gadget Fixer brand.
  • (b) “Brand” means Car Gadget Fixer, the service division providing automobile accessory installation and related solutions.
  • (c) “Customer” means any individual, company, or organization booking or availing services from the Company.
  • (d) “Service(s)” means any installation, fitting, inspection, troubleshooting, or other assistance rendered by our technicians or representatives at a customer’s doorstep or at an approved location.
  • (e) “Technician” means an individual employed, contracted, or authorized by the Company to provide services.
  • (f) “Accessory” or “Product” refers to any car accessory, gadget, or automotive component to be installed or serviced under this agreement.
  • (g) “Booking” means a confirmed service request placed by a customer through our website, mobile application, helpline, or authorized partner.
  • (h) “Advance Payment” means the minimum 20% payment required to confirm a booking.

3. Scope of Services.

(1) Car Gadget Fixer provides doorstep car accessory installation services under the operational management of ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd.

(2) The service portfolio includes, but is not limited to:

  • (a) Electronic installations: Music systems, amplifiers, reverse cameras, parking sensors, GPS devices, dashboard cameras, and related gadgets.
  • (b) Interior fittings: Seat covers, floor mats, ambient lighting, roof linings, steering wraps, etc.
  • (c) Exterior accessories: Chrome kits, roof rails, spoilers, decals, and similar fittings.
  • (d) Utility add-ons: Chargers, air purifiers, organizers, and other auto-care accessories.

(3) All services are provided subject to technician availability, location feasibility, and vehicle compatibility.

4. Booking and Payment Policy

  • (1) Booking Process.—

    (a) To confirm a booking, the Customer must pay at least 20% of the estimated total cost at the time of scheduling.

    (b) Bookings can be made through our website, app, WhatsApp business account, or authorized service representatives.

    (c) A booking shall be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a confirmation message or email.

  • (2) Balance Payment.—

    (a) The remaining amount is payable immediately upon completion of service and before the technician departs from the site.

    (b) Failure to clear the balance payment will result in suspension of post-service support until dues are cleared.

  • (3) Accepted Payment Modes.

    We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash. All online payments will generate a system receipt automatically.

  • (4) Price Variations.—

    (a) All prices displayed are indicative and subject to variation depending on the type of vehicle, complexity of installation, accessory model, and additional consumables used (e.g., connectors, clips, wire harnesses).

    (b) Any additional cost arising during service will be communicated to the Customer for approval before proceeding.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • (1) Cancellation by Customer.—

    (a) Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund of the advance, minus any payment gateway charges.

    (b) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

    (c) If a technician has already been dispatched or has reached the site, the booking will be treated as a service visit, and no refund will be issued.

  • (2) Cancellation by Company.—

    (a) The Company may cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, unavailability of staff, logistical issues, or safety concerns.

    (b) In such cases, Customers may either reschedule at no extra charge or claim a full refund of their advance payment.

  • (3) Accepted Payment Modes.

6. Product Responsibility and Warranty

  • (1) Accessories Supplied by Customer.—

    (a) When the Customer provides their own accessory/product for installation, Car Gadget Fixer and ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any defects, malfunctions, or incompatibility.

    (b) The Company’s liability is limited only to the installation workmanship and not the performance of the product.

  • (2) Accessories Supplied by Company.—

    (a) If the accessory/product is purchased from Car Gadget Fixer, it will be covered solely under the manufacturer’s warranty.

    (b) In the event of malfunction, the Company shall provide troubleshooting or repair support within a reasonable timeframe depending on the issue category [see 6(3)].

  • (3) Troubleshooting Timeline.—

    (a) Minor issues (e.g., loose connection, wiring adjustment): Within 2–5 working days.

    (b) Moderate issues (e.g., component re-fitment, calibration): Within 3–5 working days.

    (c) Major issues (e.g., internal malfunction, device diagnosis): Within 7–10 working days.

    (d) Replacement, if applicable, will only be governed by the manufacturer’s policy.

  • (4) Price Variations.—

    (a) All prices displayed are indicative and subject to variation depending on the type of vehicle, complexity of installation, accessory model, and additional consumables used (e.g., connectors, clips, wire harnesses).

    (b) Any additional cost arising during service will be communicated to the Customer for approval before proceeding.

7. Service Execution and Responsibilities.

  • (1) Site Access.—

    The Customer must ensure a safe, accessible location for vehicle servicing (e.g., home driveway, apartment parking, or open area) with adequate lighting and permission from authorities if required.

  • (2) Customer’s Presence.—

    The Customer or an authorized representative must remain available during installation to verify completion and make final payments.

  • (3) Technician Conduct.—

    (a) All technicians are trained and authorized representatives of ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd.

    (b) They will carry identification and maintain professional behavior throughout. Any concerns regarding technician conduct must be immediately reported to customer support.

  • (4) Limitations.—

    While our technicians exercise utmost care, minor cosmetic wear or marks arising from manual fitting are normal and not covered under liability.

8. Liability and Disclaimers.

  • (1) ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. and Car Gadget Fixer shall not be liable for:
  • (a) Pre-existing damage to the vehicle or accessory.
  • (b) Electrical failures arising from faulty vehicle circuits.
  • (c) Damages caused by third-party tampering post-installation.
  • (d) Indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income or time.
  • (2) In any case, the maximum liability of the Company shall be limited to the service fee paid by the Customer for the concerned job.

9. Customer Obligations.

  • The Customer agrees to:
  • (1) Provide accurate details about vehicle model, variant, and product to be installed.
  • (2) Ensure safe parking and accessibility.
  • (3) Refrain from engaging technicians for private work outside company records.
  • (4) Inspect and approve the installation before signing off.
  • (5) Report any service-related issue within 24 hours of completion for free troubleshooting eligibility.

10. Intellectual Property Rights.

  • All content, brand logos, software, website design, service materials, and trade names associated with Car Gadget Fixer are owned by ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. No part of our intellectual property may be copied, distributed, or used without written authorization.

11. Privacy and Data Protection.

  • ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. values customer privacy.
  • (1) Personal details such as name, address, phone number, vehicle information, and payment data are collected solely for service delivery purposes.
  • (2) We do not sell, rent, or disclose customer information to third parties except as required by law or to fulfill service obligations (e.g., payment processors).
  • (3) All customer data is stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws in India.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law.

  • (1) These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • (2) The courts at Delhi, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
  • (3) Customers may first raise complaints via email to cargadgetfixerofficial@gmail.com, after which a written response shall be provided within 48 working hours.
  • (3) All customer data is stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws in India.
  • (4) Arbitration.—

    (a) Any dispute or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms or in respect of any defined legal relationship associated therewith or derived therefrom, shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The dispute shall be referred to and decided by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company.

    (b) The arbitration proceedings shall be held at such a location as may be decided by the Company and the administrative cost thereof and the arbitrator’s fees will be borne by both the “Parties” i.e. Company and Customer.

    (c) The Parties agree to have their dispute and differences resolved in accordance with the provisions of section 29B of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

    (d) The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English/Hindi.

    (e) The decision of the sole arbitrator shall be accepted by the Parties as final and binding.

13. Force Majeure.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, supply disruptions, or government restrictions.

14. Amendments and Updates.

  • (1) ANI Auto Mobility Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • (2) Updated Terms will be published on our official website. Continued use of our services after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

By making a booking or availing of our services, you acknowledge that:

  • (1) You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  • (2) You consent to be bound by them.
  • (3) You agree that Car Gadget Fixer’s role is limited to installation and troubleshooting, and product warranty is governed solely by the manufacturer.
